HOLD THE PART – Professor Paolo Albano

As always, it is an honor to invite important and expert guests in the field of theater, cinema and culture to our home. This time we had the pleasure of hosting Professor Paolo Albano, Professor and Consultant of organization and public communication; Marketing Management; Public Administration where he works on organizational systems and evaluation;
Scientific director of communication courses.

“My way of holding the part means giving the opportunity to question ours
doubts.”

Thus Professor Paolo Albano began the wonderful meeting with our students with the theme
HOLD THE PART.

Author of many books, he shared his enormous experience in communication with the students; with the methods and ways of changing and improving one’s life.

“My job is to deliver the desire to change.” Cit. Professor Paolo Albano

Change must begin with ourselves. We must have awareness and responsibility.

Being part of the team means knowing our environment; communicate sincerely, convey our feelings and on the other hand understand our differences with others.

He explained the methods and ways in which a young actor achieves the best results within the team and teamwork, both individually and as part of a team. He also stressed the importance of knowing the environment in which we operate: having a good climate for action means creating invisible protection as well as connectivity, trust, solidarity, support, gratitude, tolerance; the way to work with each other.

Its concept, applicable in any type of organization, brings the freedom to create honest relationships, creates a new culture where the value and responsibility, both of individuals and of the team, is communication.

Our students were confronted with the idea that communication should show our feelings, doubts, in order to discuss the problem together.

Awareness, the ability to change habits and accept the fact that we are different, but still determined to act for the team.

“The real revolution is to go back to doing one’s part seriously” Cit. Paolo Albano
